What has been going on with me?
Last summer was a bummer for me. My gut decided while I liked the SK pot, I didn't think I'd be a match to be his sugar baby. He gave me some valuable career advice which I have followed/will follow though since we're in the same career field. With that and the bummer of not getting a job offer at a company I enjoyed, I went on a depressed spiral. So, I decided to focus mostly on more education and to look for work. The class was drama which will probably talk about in a later post but I had a really great apprenticeship with a non profit, doing what's in my career field which actually helped me land my current job.
What have I learned so far:
- Being a Sugar is a marathon as apposed to a track meet
- Go with your gut instincts
- Know your worth
I still feel like there are things I have to work on until I'm successful as an sb and in many ways I feel like a newbie.
